Appointment book, staff commissions, advances paid out, the end-of-day cash account and the back office — all connected, under the salon's own brand.
If you are looking for software, it is probably because of one of these. All five come answered in the system.
Who did how much work, who earned how much — the book says one thing and the staff member remembers another. Cash and card get mixed up, and the whole reckoning piles up at month end.
You gave a 2,000 ₺ advance mid-week, jotted it down somewhere, and forgot to deduct it at month end. Or you did deduct it and the staff member disputes it. Money left the cash account with no record.
You answer “are you free?” one message at a time. Double bookings happen, two clients turn up for the same slot, and a staff member sits idle.
The cash in a staff member's hand, the card that went into the cash account, who took what — all worked out in the evening from memory. A week later there is no answer to “what happened that day?”
Two books, two cash accounts, two WhatsApp groups. Which branch earned what, and what the total is — nobody knows.
We do not hand over an empty program. The daily operation of a barber shop, hair salon or beauty salon opens already configured.
You define commission, a fixed salary or chair rent per staff member, with separate rates for cash and card. Each person sees their own earnings in their own panel — and the arguing stops.
The moment you record an advance it leaves the cash account and is posted as a debt against the staff member. At period end, gross earnings − advances paid = net payable appears as three separate lines.
We set the link up, you put it in your bio and send it over WhatsApp. If a facial is selected, only staff who do facials are listed; clashes are blocked.
Every staff member's cash, card, earnings and outcome for the day on one line: whether they hand money to the cash account, or the cash account pays them. “Close the day” puts it on record.
A branch selector on every screen, defaulting to “All branches”. You can assign staff to several branches. With a single branch the selector hides itself.
From daily operations to the back office it arrives set up; then it runs under the salon's own logo and colour.
Every staff member in their own column. Slots of 15, 30 or 60 minutes — 15 by default in a barber shop.

Commission, fixed salary, chair rent or no tracking. Every staff member on their own rule.
Card carries a different deduction. You set a separate percentage per payment method.
An advance leaves the cash account, is posted as a debt, and is deducted on its own at period end.
Whether the staff member or the cash account took the payment, it is one screen: who pays whom, and how much.
Digital consent with a health declaration, signed with a fingertip, for colour, keratin and permanent treatments.

Rent, internet, water, subscriptions. Reminded when due, posted to the cash account.
When the month closes, the review report is emailed to you.

If the client picks a facial, only staff who do facials are listed. A booking never lands on the wrong person.
Each service's duration and price are defined once; picking the package fills them in automatically, and you can still change them by hand.
Close an hour for a break or time off — that slot never appears in online booking at all.
We set your booking page up and hand it over. Put it in your Instagram bio or send it on WhatsApp — the rest happens on its own, with nobody typing a message.
It sits in your Instagram bio, or goes out on WhatsApp with one tap.
They pick the service and the staff member; anyone who does not do that service is not listed.
Busy and closed hours are visible but cannot be selected; a double booking is impossible.
With auto-approval on it goes straight into the calendar; with it off it lands in Online Requests.
The Online Requests screen shows the client's phone number and a WhatsApp button — so you can get back to them with one tap before approving.
Your website is inside the same system: your photos, your team and your services on a single page, with a booking call to action. A web profile on every plan · yourbusiness.orbitix.tr from Professional · your own domain from Dedicated Assistant · several ready-made designs on Enterprise.
Most salons do not run on a single payment model: the senior stylist is on commission, the apprentice on salary, the chair next door is rented out. The system lets you choose per staff member — it does not force the salon into one model.
A separate percentage for cash and card. Each completed job posts its share to earnings, and it is totalled at period end.
A monthly amount. If they started mid-month, the system applies a pro-rata calculation to it. Salary is independent of commission; it does not clear an earnings debt.
A monthly rent. This time the staff member pays the salon; the system tracks it as rental income.
No earnings are calculated; only bookings and clients are tracked.
The moment you record an advance it leaves the cash account and is posted as a debt against the staff member. At period end you see three separate lines — there is nowhere for it to be forgotten.
Salons move money in two different ways. The system does not ask which one you use — it works it out from the day's transactions and decides the direction itself.
The staff member keeps the day's cash. At end of day they deduct their earnings and hand the rest to the cash account.
Both cash and card go into the cash account. At end of day the cash account pays the staff member their earnings for the day.
Card goes to the bank anyway, so it never gets mixed up; both are shown separately for each staff member.
You can adjust the amount by hand; the remaining balance stays tracked.
You can go back with the “Today” chip in Reports, or by picking a date.
Commission, salaried and chair-rent staff are all calculated on the same list, each by their own rule; advances paid are deducted from gross earnings, and net payable is shown separately.
Aylin is on commission, Selin rents a chair. Both are on the same screen, each calculated by their own rule.
The deduction is not hidden; gross earnings, the advance deducted and net payable are each shown separately. The staff member sees the same figures.
Every day closes; the reckoning never piles up at month end.
Every staff member gets their own login and manages only their own work. This is not an interface preference — the restriction is enforced on the server side and cannot be bypassed from the address bar.
A staff member manages their own bookings, earnings and available hours from the Orbitix app installed on their phone and never needs to sit down at a computer.
Bookings and the cash account are your daily job. These are the ones you remember once a month — and that hurt when you do not.
Bank, courier, social media, suppliers… every password the salon has, encrypted, in one place. By default only the manager sees them; you can open them to staff if you want.
The reveal window closes itself after 45 seconds.
Shop rent, internet, water, electricity and subscriptions are defined once. You are reminded when they fall due; when you pay, it posts to the cash account as an expense.
A forgotten bill means a cash account that does not balance at month end.
Colour, developer, shampoo, care products. Alerts when stock runs low. A product you sell to a client posts straight to the cash account.
It shows in the panel as a “Critical stock” alert.
Recurring payments, product sales, staff earnings and advances all pass through one cash account. That is why the figure in the month-end report really is the salon's figure.
When the month closes, the salon's review report is emailed to you. You do not need to open the panel and run a report — you read it and decide what to do.

Tenant isolation is built into the foundation of the system. No other business can see your data, and yours never mixes with anyone else's.
The Password Vault is kept separately and encrypted; even if a backup leaked, the passwords inside could not be read.
A staff member sees only their own data; the restriction is enforced on the server. The cash account, reports and the Password Vault stay with the manager.
Data is backed up regularly, and whether the backups actually ran is monitored separately. You do not have to keep track of it.
For treatments such as colour and keratin, consent with a health declaration is written to the client profile; photo permission is asked separately and is optional.
