1. Hangi verileri siliyoruz?
Talebin üzerine, seninle ilgili şu kayıtları sistemlerimizden kalıcı olarak sileriz:
- Ad, telefon, e-posta, firma adı ve sektör bilgin
- Yapay zekâ asistanımız (Orbi) ile web sitesinde veya WhatsApp'ta yaptığın sohbetlerin dökümü
- Facebook Sayfamıza ya da Instagram hesabımıza gönderdiğin doğrudan mesajlar ve gönderilerimize yaptığın yorumlara dair tuttuğumuz kayıtlar
- Operasyon panelimizde açılmış talep/aday kaydın ve ona bağlı notlar
2. Nasıl talep edersin?
Üç yoldan biriyle:
- E-posta: info@orbitix.tr adresine "Veri silme talebi" konusuyla yaz. Sana ulaşmak için kullandığımız telefon veya e-postayı belirtmen yeterli.
- WhatsApp: 0552 825 88 25 numarasına "verilerimi sil" yaz.
- Sosyal medya: Facebook Sayfamıza veya Instagram hesabımıza doğrudan mesaj olarak "verilerimi sil" yazman yeterli.
3. Ne kadar sürer?
Talebini aldığımızı en geç 3 iş günü içinde teyit eder, silme işlemini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlarız. İşlem bittiğinde sana bildiririz.
4. Yalnızca mesaj almak istemiyorsan
Kaydının tamamen silinmesini istemiyor, sadece iletişimi kesmek istiyorsan WhatsApp'a "dur" yazman yeterlidir. Numaran kalıcı olarak iletişim dışı listeye alınır; bir daha mesaj göndermeyiz.
5. Saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar
Mevzuat gereği tutmak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar (ör. fatura ve ödeme belgeleri) yasal saklama süresi boyunca saklanır; bu süre dolduğunda onlar da silinir. Bu kayıtlar pazarlama veya profilleme amacıyla kullanılmaz.
6. Google Takvim bağlantın
Orbitix'i Google Takvim'e bağladıysan, bağlantıyı panelindeki Ayarlar ekranından dilediğin an kesebilirsin; yetkilendirme anahtarı o anda sistemimizden silinir. Yetkiyi Google Hesap izinleri sayfasından da geri alabilirsin.
7. Facebook, Instagram ve WhatsApp bağlantısı (işletmeler için)
Orbitix panelini "Facebook ile bağlan" düğmesiyle Facebook Sayfana, Instagram hesabına ya da WhatsApp numarana bağladıysan:
- Bağlantıyı kesmek: Paneldeki Gelen Kutusu ekranında "Bağlantıyı kes"e bastığında ya da Orbitix uygulamasını Facebook ayarlarından kaldırdığında erişim anahtarları hemen silinir. O hesaplardan artık yeni mesaj alınmaz ve gönderilmez.
- Veri silme talebi: Facebook ayarlarından Orbitix için veri silme istediğinde erişim anahtarları ve hesap bağlantıları hemen silinir. Bu bağlantı üzerinden alınan mesajlar, yorumlar ve yanıt taslakları en geç 30 gün içinde silinir. Talebini yukarıdaki yollardan bize yazarak da iletebilirsin.
- Talebini izlemek: Facebook sana bir onay kodu ve bu sayfanın adresini verir. Talebinin durumunu orbitix.tr/veri-silme?kod=<onay kodu> adresinden görebilirsin.

You are free to request the deletion of your personal data. This page explains how to make the request, which data is deleted and how long it takes.
1. Which data do we delete?
Upon your request, we permanently delete the following records about you from our systems:
- Your name, phone, email, company name and sector information
- Transcripts of your conversations with our AI assistant (Orbi) on the website or on WhatsApp
- The records we keep about direct messages you sent to our Facebook Page or Instagram account and comments you made on our posts
- Your request/lead record opened in our operations panel and the notes linked to it
2. How do you make a request?
In one of three ways:
- Email: Write to info@orbitix.tr with the subject “Veri silme talebi” (data deletion request). It is enough to state the phone or email we use to reach you.
- WhatsApp: Write "verilerimi sil" (Turkish for “delete my data”) to the number 0552 825 88 25.
- Social media: It is enough to send "verilerimi sil" (“delete my data”) as a direct message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account.
3. How long does it take?
We confirm that we have received your request within 3 business days at the latest and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest. We notify you when the process is finished.
4. If you only want to stop receiving messages
If you do not want your record to be deleted completely and only want to stop communication, it is enough to write "dur" (Turkish for “stop”) to WhatsApp. Your number is permanently placed on the do-not-contact list; we will not send you messages again.
5. Records we are required to keep
Records we are required to keep by law (e.g., invoices and payment documents) are kept for the legal retention period; when that period ends, they too are deleted. These records are not used for marketing or profiling.
6. Your Google Calendar connection
If you have connected Orbitix to Google Calendar, you can disconnect at any time from the Settings screen in your panel; the authorization key is deleted from our system at that moment. You can also revoke the permission on the Google Account permissions page.
7. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp connection (for businesses)
If you connected your Orbitix panel to your Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number with the "Connect with Facebook" button:
- Disconnecting: When you press "Disconnect" on the Inbox screen of your panel, or remove the Orbitix app in your Facebook settings, the access keys are deleted immediately. No new messages are received from or sent through those accounts any more.
- Data deletion request: When you request data deletion for Orbitix in your Facebook settings, the access keys and account connections are deleted immediately. Messages, comments and reply drafts received through this connection are deleted within 30 days at the latest. You can also send us your request through the channels listed above.
- Tracking your request: Facebook gives you a confirmation code and the address of this page. You can see the status of your request at orbitix.tr/veri-silme?kod=<confirmation code>.
