Orbitix is a WhatsApp-based, AI-powered, industry-specific CRM software for businesses. The website provides information, demo requests, content (blog) and access to the system for authorized users.

5. Demo and trial use
Demo and trial access provided upon request is for promotional purposes; its content and duration may be changed or terminated without prior notice. Data you enter into the demo environment does not constitute genuine commercial records.
6. Third-party services
Our service may integrate with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp/Meta, Google and similar providers. The use of these platforms is subject to the respective provider's own terms and policies. Orbitix cannot be held liable for any interruption, change or restriction in third-party services.
7. Account and access security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of the brand code and login credentials provided to you. Transactions carried out with these credentials are deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must contact us immediately.
8. Limitation of liability
We strive to provide our services without interruption and free of errors; however, technical malfunctions, interruptions in third-party services or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Outputs generated by artificial intelligence are informational/assistive in nature, and responsibility for final decisions rests with the user. Our liability for indirect damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Termination
In the event of a breach of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
