Enrolment, classes, timetables, attendance, monthly collections, keeping parents informed. Running all of that on paper, WhatsApp groups and a spreadsheet only gets you so far. Orbitix brings the whole operation of learning centers, nurseries, after-school clubs and art academies into one panel — and it works for one-to-one and group teaching alike.
No contract · cancel anytime · we do the setup for you
✓ Maths, English, science and languages · art, chess, coding — student tracking for every subject
The teacher opens the lesson, the class list appears, and each student is marked present or absent with a single tap. In centers that charge monthly, that attendance record feeds both the parent's report and the teacher's earnings. If a student keeps missing lessons, the panel tells you.
Present · late · absent · excused. It works comfortably from a phone, so it's taken during the lesson rather than reconstructed afterwards.
When absences repeat, the panel raises a warning — so you can step in before you lose the student.
Packages paid for up front count down with every lesson. Remaining sessions are visible per student, and a renewal reminder goes out as the package runs low.
The daily work of a tutoring, course or after-school center ships ready — then runs under your institution's own logo and colour.
Define the weekly timetable once and let lessons be created automatically for the whole term. No more entering lessons by hand every week.
Open the lesson, the class list appears, and you mark present or absent with one tap. It works on a phone, so the teacher takes it during the lesson.
Capacity-limited classes for group teaching, and cohorts that renew each month. For centers that teach one-to-one, student-to-teacher pairing instead.
Balances are created automatically at the start of the month and a payment request goes to the parent on WhatsApp; late payments collect on a red list.
Parents see their own child's timetable, attendance, teacher's notes, homework and payment plan from their own portal.
Cancel less than 24 hours before a lesson and it is charged; cancel earlier and a make-up lesson is granted. The rule is set once in settings, and the argument ends.
Salary plus a rate per teaching hour, calculated automatically. For coordinators, salary plus a sales bonus. Month-end totals on one screen.
The coordinator manages enrolment and collections; a teacher sees only their own students. Whether a teacher can see a parent's phone number is a setting.
Bulk-upload attendees from a free event, then track the conversation history, the next call date and the conversion rate into enrolment.
From the day you add your first student, everything from enrolment to collection happens in one panel.
Create the student, the parent's contact details, the subject and the level on one card, and mark the location and where they came from.
Enter an 8 or 12-lesson package with its per-lesson rate; a payment taken up front is booked to the cash account automatically.
Use bulk planning to spread one, two or three lessons a week across the days you choose, then see it on the calendar.
Done, absent, late cancellation, early cancellation or make-up — choose the state, and the fee, the teacher's earnings and any make-up entitlement are calculated automatically.
Through the parent portal, share what you'll be covering this week, a progress note and a link to any material.
Outstanding collections, expenses and this month's net are calculated for you, and a renewal reminder goes out as a package runs low.
Plans start at 2,500 TRY per month, and setup, data migration and training are included. There is no contract — you can cancel at any time. See the plans →
Book a short call and we'll walk you through the panel, set it up with you and bring your existing student records across.

It is designed for learning centers, nurseries and kindergartens, after-school clubs, language schools, art and music courses, sports academies and any education provider offering private lessons. Your institution might teach one-to-one, or work in groups and classes — both are managed from the same panel, and the difference is set in the settings.
No. With a timetable template you define the weekly pattern once — for example "Tuesday 17:00 · Elif with Ms Ayşe · 60 minutes" — and the system creates the lessons itself for the whole term. Holidays, make-up lessons and one-off changes are edited on that particular lesson without breaking the template. When a student leaves, their future lessons are cleared and their past records are kept.
The teacher sees the day's lessons on the attendance screen; in a group lesson the class list opens and each student is marked present · late · absent · excused with a single tap. It works comfortably from a phone and is taken during the lesson. If absences repeat, the panel raises a warning — so you can step in before you lose the student.
You define a monthly amount and a collection day for each student. Payment requests are created automatically at the start of the month, and you send the parent a payment notice over WhatsApp. The panel shows collected · outstanding · overdue amounts separately, and overdue payments collect on a red list. For centers working with lesson packages, remaining-session tracking sits in the same panel.
Yes. You set the late-cancellation threshold (12 / 24 / 48 hours) in the settings. Cancellations inside that window are counted as chargeable and no make-up lesson is granted; earlier cancellations are not charged and the student is granted a make-up lesson. Cancellations by the teacher are kept separate — never charged, and a make-up is always granted. Because everything is on record, there's no argument with the parent.
Yes. A parent signs in to the parent portal with their own phone number and an access code, and sees information about their own child only: the weekly timetable, attendance, teacher's notes, homework set, progress assessment and the payment plan. They have no access to the panel itself — it's a separate, secure page.
No. There are three roles: the administrator sees everything, the coordinator handles enrolment and collections, and a teacher sees only their own students and lessons. Even whether a teacher can see a parent's phone number is a setting — when it's off, the number is never sent to the teacher at all.
For a teacher you define a fixed salary plus a rate per teaching hour; for a coordinator, salary plus a sales bonus. Per-lesson earnings are calculated automatically from the lessons that actually took place; early cancellations and cancellations by the teacher are not counted towards earnings. At month-end the total per person appears on a single screen.
